Schedule of sessions, workshops and ePoster sessions
Plenary session
- Speakers and chairpersons will be live during the session.
- The speakers prepare their presentations in advance. They are free to upload a video file with audio track or just upload a PowerPoint presentation and give their talk live during the plenary session.
- During the plenary session, the presentations are moderated by the chairpersons. These are then played back or held live by the author.
- Participants can ask questions via a chat.
- At the end of each talk, the chairs read out the questions and the speakers answer them.
- After each session, a “meet the speakers" session is planned via zoom (at least one chairperson + speakers). This should provide time for an in-depth discussion. The access data will be displayed at the end of the session of the main programme.
- The presentations will also be available digitally after the congress, subject to the consent of the speaker.
Workshops
- Speakers and chairpersons will be live during the session.
- Speakers pre-record their presentations with an audio track.
- For the session, the presentations are moderated by the chairpersons and then played back.

ePoster Session
- For each workshop session there will also be a corresponding ePoster session with further short oral presentations on the respective topic.
- Speakers will pre-record their presentations in three-minute presentations, but they are connected live.
- The presentations will be played and participants can ask questions after the presentation.
ePoster Area / self study
- All ePosters can be viewed online on the digital congress page.
- The authors prepare a PDF file for this purpose. If they wish, authors can also submit a three-minute video additionally to the PDF.
- Questions about abstracts that are not presented in the ePoster sessions can be asked via chat to the author.
How to prepare a ePoster
- one page (PDF/PPTX in landscape format, 16:9)
- video presentation (max three minutes, video recording of ePoster) – obligatory for ePoster sessions, optional for ePoster area / self study
